Laurie & Dennis are wonderful people in general and great to work with when buying and selling a home. My father and I used Laurie and Dennis to do both help us buy a condo and help us sell a home. They are quick to get back to you when you leave a message, very helpful throughout the whole process with any questions we had. When I showed my father the condo online he was interested in having a tour, within a couple of hours after click to request a tour, I was receiving an email, text and a phone call to schedule an appointment. Dad did buy the condo and I was extremely impressed on how much they were there for anything we needed. When it came time to sell my fathers house I contacted Laurie and Dennis and they did a quick walk though and gave advise on what needs to be done before putting up the house for sale. Once the house was empty and cleaned. I contacted Laurie and Dennes to help us sell the house, they explained everything to my dad and at closing time I was unable to be there with my dad and Laurie and Dennis was there to help my dad with any questions. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new home or selling.

She never walked into a home and try to just sell you a house, but rather tried to find you a home that fit your needs and wants. Reaching out to an unknown person/business you always run the risk of feeling like overwhelmed by constant calls or emails. But with Laurie I NEVER felt that, rather someone who cared about me and my family (she even remembered my kids names and minor details about them that were only mentioned in a showing). And if you are like me your family is your world. Which is why I recommend her because she treated us like family not just a number or sale.

As we added last minute houses to see, she was right on top of setting them up!
